I think till this day, this forum hasn't really been that helpful. of course a few exception like built, chris mason... etc... the rest hasn't been helpful.

the reason i posted; knowledge was lacking. i wasn't even trying to be boastful.

what is wrong with answering a "stupid" question? at least then you would help someone "stupid" to get that bit smarter?

    * my apologies. i saw huskie's reply and i got clouded. thank you all for replying. cheers.

Soreness is not an indication of a good or bad workout (it can be either or none at all). It just is. It can mean you're growing and it can also mean nothing. Also, as you progress through your training, you will become sore less and less as your body adapts to change. Some people never get sore. Some people get sore all the time. It's dependant upon the individual.

The point is, don't gauge your success based upon your soreness. As long as you're making progress, you should have nothing to worry about. Good luck!

what i want to say have already been said. But I shall add that, since you are new to the forum, what general things you want to ask may and most likely have already been asked. therefore it would be alot easier if you use the search function.
