a post workout after a day or two... the soreness is crazy.
does it equate to growth? assuming u eat properly and rest.
Soreness = Soreness
Proper Training/Diet/Rest = Growth
blasphemy. all of it.

I think till this day, this forum hasn't really been that helpful. of course a few exception like built, chris mason... etc... the rest hasn't been helpful.
the reason i posted; knowledge was lacking. i wasn't even trying to be boastful.

Also, as you progress through your training, you will become sore less and less as your body adapts to change. Some people never get sore. Some people get sore all the time. The point is, don't gauge your success based upon your soreness. As long as you're making progress, you should have nothing to worry about. Good luck!
