    Need good wieght training routine

I am new to the site. I am a former college football player who 10 months ago had gastric bypass surgery. I last around 250 lbs in that short span of time. My current wieght is 274lbs. Thats right i was over 500 lbs. I put wieght on for football in college and I got hurt my sophmore year. I was not eating right to put the wieght on (pizza, doughnuts, fried foods etc.) anything to put the wieght on and keep my scholarship, after i got hurt my eating habits remained the same and with no exercise it was all down hill from there. Any way I've currently started training about 4 months ago and it has been going well for me but I have decided I wanted to step it up and really get serious about it. I'm really not into the whole bodybuilding type body I am more interested in looking like micheal clarke duncan (actor from, the green mile, dare devil, armageddon). I can only eat a small amount of food right now so I can not take in a larger amount a food so what I do take in I try to make it count. If any one has any suggestions for me on how to get HUGE it would be a big help.

"Now we're finally getting to the chicken or the egg question," I grinned. "Did I eat all that food because my size gives me more of an appetite, or did I get to be this big because I've been forcing myself to eat like this for years?"
