Nailed in one. Eat more each sitting until your stomach lining becomes acustomed to being gorged and stretched, you'll soon be terrifying at the family gatherings.

That sounds about right. The opposite is also true. I use to be able to down 4k cals with out too much trouble. After a mostly liquid cutting phase my appetite was destroyed. I now struggle to eat 3k cals without wanting to puke. It sucks but i'll get back up there eventually.

What these guys said. More food more often. Exercise helps too. I believe carbs make you more hungry as well, but don't forget the fat and protein.

yea, get some dank, kind bud. That way you will only need 1-2 hits to get high and that will be easy on the lungs.

Be careful, Weed will stimulate appetite like a champ, but if you start to like it too much then it can definitely take away from your motivation to hit the weights.

I might catch some heat for this but I don't care. Smoke some weed. You will LOVE and savor every single little miniscule gram of protein you get. Weed is the ultimate appetite stimulator and nothing can ever beat it. Have fun!

I had a doctor suggest fiber supplments on top of normal meals. Fiber expands in the stomach but dosent activate the stomach too full must vomit feeling. Never tried it myself though so couldnt say.

smoking weed def. gets me hungry even if i just ate right before i smoked... but again with smoking comes laziness and thats your worst enemy when your training... if you ever think of taking this approach i reccomend smoking at night to wind down, not before you have anything to do... i like to get some nice munchies and then fill my stomach with a well balanced meal right before bed
food to the body is like fuel to a car...

the more you use your car, the more often you need to put gas in it...

the more you work your body, the more food you need to put into it...

More fiber, water, and FOOD. As with food, you want to slowly increase the amount so that your body has time to adjust to the new intake. You need your body to get used to having more bulk passing through it. If you don't eat very much to begin with, your body has already adjusted to this small amount of food intake.

I wouldn't recommend injecting anything when it isn't necessary.

IMO, eat more. Okay that sounds basic, but the way I grew my appetite was to wake up early, and eat as often as possible. I also started eating bigger meals. Make foods you enjoy, so you can put more of it down. It's also a mental game. Look at yourself and imagine that your feeding your muscles. Imagine that the more food you eat the bigger your muscles will grow.
Its hard no doubt, to eat more food after your full, but you can do it slowly. I went from eating like 2 meals a day, to eating 7 meals and it came like nothing.

Smoking and healthy lifestyle don't belong together in the same sentence.
