Its about how I looked when I first got started. I was 14-15 around 120lbs. I'm 220lbs now. A full hundred pounds from my first physical in high school. Granted I'm 25 now.

I say learn about nutrition a little before you just start stuffing your face...a common misconception on here is that all calories are the same.

You looking better then the average 14 year old and seem pretty lean, spend time in the weight room and you will probably gain some real good size. We've had alot of new younger members joining the wbb family lately so if you got any questions let me know

it looks like you do a lot of crunches and stuff. you seem to be in good shape for a 14 year old. eat a lot and get in the gym and you should be able to get impressively big.

EAT A LOT!!!!!! Try to watch the sugars and what not but at this point it won't really matter too much.... Just pack it in until it hurts!!!

Sure, he CAN go on a "stuff your face" bulk, but why?

My point is, with a good diet you can minimize fat gains without jeopordizing muscle gains.

Whats the point of gaining 40lbs when all you want is 20 lbs? Then you have to go on a cut to lose those 20lbs....but you'll lose muscle too...so you have to bulk again...and then cut again. That is a very inefficent use of time.

Eating everything DOES make you gain more weight FASTER butnot neccesary the kind of weight one would want. The whole point of gettting big is having lots of muscle mass not a big gut.

"Eat more and you'll gain more" is true only to a point. Protein synthesis does max out at a certain point. I want to stress that.

NONETHELESS, I will not start another arguement.

not much can be said except you're skinny. start eating a lot, and hit up one of the wbb routines.
