posted this up a while ago, but couldnt find the old thread (1+ year old maybe?)
I work out with a punching bag, daily...probably about 25-30 minutes straight. I really just go at it, its great for me and helps me keep balanced (mentally)..
I also do pushups/situps with this..
my question is, how much muscle gain should I expect to see from this. I eat healthy and all..not really on a bulk, but I am eating more than usual now.
What results will I see...does anyone have a (general) time span for what results I might see?
Im lean, 5'9, 136 LB.
it's great for conditioning for sure and will increase your strength. you'll need weights for muscle growth. pushups will add some mass, but to a certain point, after that you'll need heavy bench press moves. depends on your goals. if your goals are to pack on mass, then eat and lift heavy.

as of now, my goals are mainly to maximize strength and etc...not TOO worried about putting on mass. maybe just getting more cut up for now...going to the army in less than a year, so they will take care of the mass for me![]()
