Theres only 1 scale I see at my gym, and it's one of those old scales, where you change the 2 side-scrolling things and try to even out on your weight by changing the scrolling tabs I guess? My question is how do you use it? I get confused if I'm trying to get the side to touch the top or get it in the middle, or get it to touch the bottom.
