    My current routine.. Critique it!

    Mon:
    Bench Press: 2x8
    BB Squat: 2x8
    BO Row: 2x8
    Pullups: 4, 4, 3, 2, 1
    Dips
    Core

    Tue: HIIT

    Wed:
    DL: 2x8
    Pullups: 4, 4, 3, 2, 1
    Dips

    Thu: HIIT

    Fri:
    Bench Press: 2x8
    BB Squat: 2x8BO Row: 2x8
    Pullups: 4, 4, 3, 2, 1
    Dips
    Core

    ATF squat- 275 RAW
    Deadlift- 415
    Bench- Two 100lbs DB's four times
    190lbs 15% BF (Estimate)

    In my opinion thats a horrible routine, not that you dont have the right exercises (its great you included the important ones) but 2x8 =warmup

    OP: maybe a 3x8. No need to go 5x5 if you don't want to. You can even keep the 2x8 if your warmup is sufficient.

    That's a lot of dips.

    Maybe some shoulder presses on Wenesday?
