Hi Everyone.
No I havent hung my clothes on my collar bone either, I did get your attention though![]()
My upper body, in particular my clavical area, is by far lagging from the rest of my body. My physique tends to be much wider than it is thick, and having this area lagging really makes my upper body look rather weak.
I wanted to know what exercises people have had experience with, or if anyone has any suggestions as to what exercises I should consider adding to my routine. I assume some of you will recommend Incline Bench, and I currently have this stapled to my routine. So far, though, it helps very little.
Thanks in Advance.![]()

Yeah you def. did get my attention with the title of this one.
i've hung my clothes on other part of my body before but never the collarbones.
May be you can try incline, shoulder presses, and gain a few more pounds.
Gain 50 lbs. I guarantee your clavicle area will be fine then.

I think he just means that mass, alone, will fill that in. There is no simple answer to it other than packing one weight and focusing on horizontal and vertical pressing. It should fill in eventually.Originally Posted by World-Is-Yours
I am the same way; my collar bones are very prominent. I'm sure if I added a decent amount of mass they would be covered up.
Deadlifts,
Lateral raises.
Did wonders for my upper, which is pretty solid if you ask me![]()

Yeah, it will fill in eventually, but the progress is so slow that it just gets to me. I cant say that I havent improved it over the course of my training, because that would be a lie, it's just "lagging"
Anyone else recommend Hang Cleans? This is an exercise I havent stapled to my routine.
