allrite...im 16 years old....in the first 5 months ive been lifting ive been doing a 6 day split routine that i changed every 2 months or so...now i got a job thats 5 hours of manual labor 3 times a week..do i keep going with my program and lift to spite the fact that im gonna be tired as hell? or try a 4 day split around it? HELP
4 days is plenty to be lifting weights
just find a decent 4 day split and you'll be fine
(WBB1 or 2 or 3, or even baby got back are all 3 or 4 day splits I think)

I anticipated this thread to be about a woman's large buttocks.
What king wilder said, do what your body can handle, and make sure you're getting enough calories.
15 hours of manual labor a week??? A lot of people would find that a relief!!
At 16 with 5 months lifting experience, I really doubt you need to be lifting 6 days/week...
A child does not learn to squat from the top down. In other words, he does not suddenly make a conscious decision one day to squat. Actually, he is squatting one day and make the conscious decision to stand. Squatting precedes standing in the developmental sequence. This is the way a child's brain learns to use the body as the child develops movement patterns. Therefore, a child is probably crawling, rocks back into a squatting position with the back completely relaxed and the hips completely flexed, and stands when he has enough hip strength. This approach makes a lot of sense and can be applied to relearning the deep squat movement if it is lost. -Gray Cook

BGB is for you. http://www.wannabebig.com/article.php?articleid=255
It's a four day split, it's very effective (I'm finding that out right now).

Man at your age 15 hours a week of that shouldn't even affect your energy level.
