Just in case anyone needed some inspiration to get to 500...

A child does not learn to squat from the top down. In other words, he does not suddenly make a conscious decision one day to squat. Actually, he is squatting one day and make the conscious decision to stand. Squatting precedes standing in the developmental sequence. This is the way a child's brain learns to use the body as the child develops movement patterns. Therefore, a child is probably crawling, rocks back into a squatting position with the back completely relaxed and the hips completely flexed, and stands when he has enough hip strength. This approach makes a lot of sense and can be applied to relearning the deep squat movement if it is lost. -Gray Cook

Thats impressive, I mean I know I will naturally hit 500 Lbs in due time, however 5x the bobyweight wow!

500 Lbs at even 200 or 250 is a respectable lift.

Face it: biceps are the muscle that classifies you as a muscle man.

Maybe I'm wrong but, that video makes me wonder why anyone would want to pull convo in a meet... she only had to lift the bar off the ground maybe... a foot? With conventional her ROM would have been twice that.

seems like greater leg strength is required to pull sumo VS conventional...which may or may not be a problem for the person lifting.

I should probably start lifting sumo then... I'm sorta tall and my legs are a ton more powerful than my lower back...

She's a USAPL/IPF lifter, so the answer is yes.

Real impressive for a female. Props to her.

Olech Jaroslaw pulled 702 at the same weight for men, until I saw Priscilla next to it I thought it was going to be one of his earlier lifts.

I don't think any man in my entire city can pull that much. (700 lbs. deadlift at under 150 lbs. bodyweight.... wtf?)

    Population here - 500 000.

Priscilla is damn impressive. She squats over 500lbs and benches close to 400 now, too. She and Laura Phelps are two of my female powerlifting idols.
