I am starting to take 100% Whey Protein: Chocolate. Whats, in your opinion, is the best way to make a protein shake? mY brother reccomended soymilk, a banana or peanut butter. Both if I wanted to.
you can add what you want in your shake,are you bulking?

I want to bulk up from 165 to about 180 and then cut. I have my brother to help me, he got into the lifting scene pretty heavily. I'm trying to find me a good diet plan as well, any tips?
you can put chicken in there if you wanted.
For bulking I like regular icecream since it has so many calories.
Milk tastes great with ON 100% Whey, especially the rocky road flavor.
add in oats, pb, banana, whole milk, evoo, anything to get those cals in especially if your a "hardgainer".
