Heres another video from the dungeon gym, my training partner bangs out 183kgs x 10 then slaps on 223kgs ( 5 plates per side plus 23kg Oly Bar)

the poor soul that has to spot the big bench, was a sick ass weight to have to lift of the pins for him and take back again, the dumbells are in kgs, i cant do barbell bench at moment have a fooked up AC joint.
your jacked also dude lol, i would love to visit the dungeon but i live in america lol. what was your BB bench before you stopped?

the dude benching 495 lifts his ass and takes a bounce on every rep, but still pretty impressive.
soon as i got near 140kgs x 10 pain started on shoulder.............. power gradullay decreased pain was that bad that each rep was like someone stabbing u in the delt......inclines brought tears to ur eyes, i stopped chest for a few weeks then went back at with dumbells i have to do lighter weight with high reps or will do set of 10 rest for about 10 seconds then hit it again etc.... chest is still growing and i am getting better shape from using the bells.Originally Posted by Stumprrp
