Budiak, for maximum fat loss purposes i would have to guess that nhe requires eating whole foods such as beans (all of them), sweet potato-yams, peas, corn, and what everyone else has said, also whole wheat grainy breads and cereals with lots of fiber like shredded wheat, stuff with lots of fibre...
Just try to avoid the highest gi stuff (he says less than 25% from sugary carbs)
... the instant oats?

Well most of the instant oats have added sugar and other junk in them. The old fashioned oats are just oats, and the pieces are a bit larger. I like the texture of them better too.
Instant oats that come in a big thingie and NOT in little packets is just oats, but the difference is that it has been processed and milled further than regular "old fashion" oats, which allows it to cook more quickly. The processing also degenerates some of the nutritional value, no matter what that buckle hatted freak tells you.
I was talking about the Quaker, dont get so offensive.
Budiak is right ... the more instant, the less nutritional value.
Potatoes, pasta, rice, breads, some cereals, oatmeal, etc.

Yeah, what Budiak and Anthony said.
The instant oats in the big containers are the same thing as the old fashion the only difference is the fact that the instant are smaller in size. same nutrition value in both no added sugar at all.
Isn't corn a starchy carb?
*lmao*@ buckle-hatted freak.
