    MRP combination

Whats the best homemade MRP? Usually I make my own with protein powder + fat at night, or with carbs/fat during the day.

But anyways for during the day what would be the best protein combo?

1 scoop Whey, 1 scoop Egg
1 scoop Whey, 1 scoop Casien
1 scoop Egg, 1 scoop Casein
    2 scoops Whey
    2 scoops Egg
    2 scoops Casein

Really they're all good. But whey is gonna make you hungery sooner (me atleast), so I would say egg/casein is the "best".

Well whats better out of these two:

    Egg + Whey
    Casien + Whey

Not before bed, just during the day.

Why do you care? if you don't mind.

Huh? What do you mean why do I care?

I care because I want the most optimal shake.

My POINT is it REALLY DOESN'T MATTER! Both combinations will work just fine.

I asked why you cared because I was seeing if you were looking to buying a certain kind.

Really you could mix all three for you shakes throughout the day.

    +1.

I use whey and MPI (which is mostly casein) and mix them about half the time, using whey when I want something faster absorbing, or when I don't care, since it's cheaper. I looked at the nutrition info for egg white protein, and decided it didn't have any advantages over MPI for me.
