I have dumbells and a barbell
Monday- Biceps Back
Bicep: Bar curls, Dumbell Curls, Hammer Curls
Back- Bent over dumbell rows, upright rows, And You know on the peckdeck how you can set it back and work the middle part of your back, im going to lie down on a bench with my stomache on the bench and do that
Wednesday- Chest Triceps
Chest: Dumbell Bench, Inclined Bench, Barbell Bench
Triceps: skull crushers, tricep extension lying down, kick backs, and behind the head raises
Friday- Shoulders Legs and traps
Shoulders- Military Press, Side Raises, Front raises and barbell military press
Legs- Lunges, Squats, calf raises holding dumbells, jump and touch the wall the highest i can several times
What other excerises can i add in, I only got Dumbells and a Barbell I can adjust the weight
Is there any premise behind this routine or is it just all the workouts you know thrown together?
Honestly I would scrap that whole thing and go with WBB 1 or a variation of it.
thats the only stuff I got at home
And there arent any particular gyms close to my house, closest one is about a 20 minute drive and im 17, Plus I just spent some money on the weights
