    Chest and Back Routine???!!

    Hi Guys,

On mondays I do chest and back.

Should I concentrate on all my chest exercises first then do my back exercisies ? Or is it ok to mix them up.?

    Ie - Bench (chest), Deads(back), Dumbell press(chest), Barbel Rows(back).

Or should i go - chest, chest chest, back, back, back?

    Thanks,
    Dave

In order for you to work harder and push your muscles more, you need rest. Switch between back and chest so it allows your muscles more time to heal so you can work harder.

You could stop what you're doing and follow one of these routines:

Well then do whatever feels the most comfortable to you regarding the exercises.

I would do all the back exercises first. If you have to choose between having a bigger back or a bigger chest, you definately want a bigger back.

How would choosing which exercises to do first create a bigger back or a bigger chest by the order in which they are done?
