ok so this is my first post ever and i've been reading as much as i can and i think this is alright but what tdo u thinK??
Lifting routine
monday-chest:flat, incline,and decline bench then dumbell flys then finish with the peck deck until i cant go any more then maybe some push ups
tues-back:Pullups, rows, deadlift,and some other pull machine?
wed-legs:squat and calf raises not really big on legs yet but workin on it
thurs-arms:tricep extension, skull crushers, dips, and kickbacks then straight bar curls, concentration curls, and hammer curls the last but not least forarm curls until im spent
friday-shoulders:overhead press, overhead press and twist, front and side raises,and upright rows
im off sat and sun and my eating habits are alright but what do u thnk![]()
ditch the kickbacks, upright rows, what set/rep range?

For chest don't do incline, decline and flat. Pick two of those, one of BB and one for DB. That is also a lot of volume for arm day, you might want to done that down. And please, DROP the kickbacks!!![]()

im not much for kickbacks but upright rows are good i thought should i throw another workout in there instead and im not really doing anything for hammies what should i do

if i were to tone down my arm day where would i put those workouts in because my forarms and biceps get worked alot when i do back maybe i should do triceps with my chest or shoulders?

im not sure i still need to get a max for everthing and get a base going but if i through tris with my back then i will be working my bis, tris, forarms, and back
i believe you have to much going on, way to much arm work/upper body and not enough lower body.

well today is like this
11:30 gronala bar, apple, and two eggs
1:30 hot pocket and handful of mixed nuts
3:30 lean cuisien micro meal and handful of nuts
5:30 double cheeseburger w/small fry
7:00lift
8:00 protien shake and a snack
10:00 dinner usually meat and potatoes
12:00 bowl of cereal or maybe some fruit and cottage cheese
how do u think im doing to much with that split and what could i do to make it better

cut down the volume and why not try an upper/lower split hit everything twice.

Just do WBB1 or BGB. Much easier then trying to tweak your crappy routine.
As for diet, read all the stickies and post in the diet forum.

alright ill try a routine here but which one would u suggest for a 145 lb hardgainer
No such thing as a hard gainer. If you think your a hard gainer its because your diet blows. You need to get that on track. Either routine is 100x better then what your doing. Pick one, stick to it for 3-4 months, and eat enough to gain 1-2lbs a week.
Goto Hurricanes and get a full disaster burrito every day. Or goto Los Cuates and get a combo plate daily. Mmmm, I miss Albuquerque.
