    Quick question

Ive been lurking around here for awhile but i have a question.

last thursday i was supposed to do my shoulders tris and bis but i never got around to it. Now its sunday and i still havent hit them yet. Its also the day i get to hit my chest and back, so heres the question: Should i do them both on the same day or is that too much? If its too much how should i go about fitting it into my routine to make up for it?

im using the wbb1 routine and i start it on a sunday.

How many days does your schedule allow you to train? I woulod say don't do the extra shoulder/bi/tri work on chest/back day. No big deal if you skip it once, just try and make sure you don't make it a habit. If you really only have 2 days to train, then you should be doing a different split, or you can use the WBB1 split and do Chest/Back Sunday, then legs Tuesday and then Bi/Tri/shoulder on Sunday and rotate.

That's a long answer but I'm not quite sure I get the question.

If you miss something, just skip it...one week won't matter in the long run.

    WBB 1 calls for a shoulder/arms day.

To the OP just skip it, it might be good for you in the long run and it certainly wont be bad.
