I had always been doing my leg curls, extintions, and presses with both legs. I decided to switch it up a little bit and do them with single legs. What I found out is that I must have been working my right leg alot harder than my left. 20 reps was no prob with my right leg, but getting 15 was too hard with my left leg. Should I continue to work my legs separately to try to even them out, or should I focus on them together? What do you guys do?
I think that's completely normal.
I train my legs separately when I do leg curls. I'd say train 'em separately... it'll come.

for some reason... sometimes, my left side is stronger, altho i'm right handed. like for db rows, i can do 85 on my left very easily for 6 reps, but i might fail on my rite with 4![]()

extinctions? Is that where a massive meteor hits you somewhere around the area of mexico and releases a huge dust cloud, thus blocking the sun for eons?![]()

What arm are you doing the exercise with first?
i use my rite first, then switch, clock my watch, then left, when the stopwatch says 2-3 min, i start my next set.

I've noticed the same thing and have done my last two leg workouts by working each leg separately. My left is much stronger than my right so I start each exercise with my right leg and just match that number of reps with my left.
