Do I need a new routine?

Alright guys I have been on this rountine since the summer started, and I haven't seen much gains, and I am pretty lean. I am pretty sure I have been pushing myself pretty hard but still not alot of gains.

Here is my current routine: Click Here

Should I swtich to WBB or just add more volume?

    How are you eating?

Basicly a three meal plan. I usally get a meal replacement drink, 20 grams of protien, before I leave the gym. I just got my order of nitrean today, so I will probably be taking 1 serving, 24 grams of protien, everyday for the next 3 months. I am going to be a sophomore this year in high school, so does anyone have any ideas on how I could do a 5-6 meal plan while I am in school?

If you eat more food, you'll have better luck with the program. If you don't, there isn't a program out there that will help.

edit: you really need to add squats and some more things for legs
