Combo lifts are free-weight exercises that combine two lifts: you finish one exercise and move into a second without resting.
I think I confused it with compound too. I heard compound are better for beginners whereas combo's are for the more advanced.
So...could anyone give me some compound exercises?
Combo lifts, as you described, are commonly known as supersets.
Compound lifts involve multiple joints and muscles, and are beneficial to everyone.
