    Dips

Gonna sound really stupid, but is there a way to do dips on the power rack, or is a completely different piece of equipment required? And if you can't, are there any exercises you can do that are roughly the same? Assuming i have an incline/flat/decline bench, power rack, dumbells and barbell set.

    Cheers,
    -Steele =)

    Bench Dips..
Have you got some chairs.. use the seats.. if they are strong enough, use the backs.

If you live in an apartment with a fire escape you can use the stairs on that.

Any place you see two bars close enough and high enough, you can do dips off of.

You could do close grip bench press if your main goal is to build your triceps. They are the next best thing to dips.

It's rated as a chest exercise in WBB1, so : / The close grip bench press is on day 6, trying to find an alternative. Bench dips looking good atm =)

I also see that the only abs exercise is 4 sets of 8-10 crunches. I'm happy with that, but is it sufficient?

WBB1 is sneaky like that. It has a few excercises that target a muscle directly and then a bunch more that target it indirectly on different days. The result is that each body part is hit more than once a week regardless of how the days actually read.

If you have a power rack with adjustable safety catches you can put 2 barbells across that and do dips on those. 4 sets of abdominal work is probably enough seeing as how your core gets hit pretty hard doing squats and deadlifts. Your core is involved in everything you do and does not need much direct work.

It is if you are doing weighted crunches.
