    Bad pics of me.

Starting at 165 and going to 187 (current). Pics are chronological. Shoulders/back are still weak I know, working on em. Wheels are coming along but I dont have any newer pics of them than the last ones I posted at 180. Trying to gain another 20lbs of lean mass naturally and then do a cycle later next year, after which I want to diet down and then try experimenting with getting into contest shape and perhaps doing a competition.

    6'0'', 187lbs. 19 yrs old.

    #'s are something like:
    190 bench
    205 ATF squat.
    325x2 DL.

Ok, first of all #3-full is ridiculous, lmao.

That being said, looking good. You say you're bulking 20 more pounds? Right on, just keep your bodyfat% in check. Enjoy the rest of your bulk.

Then i lit the keyboard on fire and threw it at a midget, who proceeded to then type this message for me.

    hahahahaha

You look alright now but you need to gain alot more muscle. Stick to a slow bulk and try to add some mass.

To be honest I think you have a ways to go before starting cycle(s).

I can't speak from experience as far as use goes, but I am very willing to bet you could go past 207 naturally, especially being only 19.

I'm 25 and I have no doubt that I could get up to 230 this winter unassisted.

    Just my opinion.

There's nothing wrong with pic #3. Sheesh! you people act like prudes.

That said, there is definite progress and you can double your gains naturally. I'm with Slim in thinking that you are nowhere near your max natural potential and being as young as you are you can grow a lot more unassisted.
