Just looking for a light carb snack before bed. I know dairy takes a longer time to digest, but what about eggs? Would they be a good bedtime snack?
My last meal of the day is usually 16 egg whites. Eggs are tasty, eggs are nutritious......sure, why not?
I agree with TommyBoy, there's no carbs in them and high in protien. Go for it... just don't eat 10 of them... :-)
Eggs are cheap.

I'd only limit my egg intake close to bedtime if I planned on sharing my bed with someone with a nose.

I work out because I have two daughters.....and one day they'll be teenagers.
Funny, I just ate 3 of them last nite b-4 bed for the first time.
