The three exercises you mentioned are the only lifts I do for my back. I also do good mornings though.

New journal - http://wannabebigforums.com/showthread.php?t=86957 Boring I know, but whatever.
sorry but yeah I think that's all you need. If you read some people's journals on here most of them are doing thsoe exercises.
Also I think it's because the wider the grip you do on chins you are putting more stress on your rotator cuffs (muscles you can't see...inside your shoulder).

Chins are fine. Wide grip is fine. If you have shoulder problems, wide grip will hurt. Change up the grip any way you want. Do close, wide, and hands facing. You can do all three in one workout (one set of each) or just pick a grip, use it for 4-6 weeks, then switch to something else. You can get wide lats by doing close grip chins.

I don't know, you'd have to ask her. I've been trying to get comfortable using a wide grip because I'd like my pullup grip to be similar to my bench grip. Hard for me because I've had so many shoulder problems.

i don't think anyone can do widegrip chin up though unless you have really flexible wrist.
Yes, and wide grip chins are not bad.Originally Posted by McVein

wide grip chinups rock! theyre are also very beneficial for building the lats towards the top and when you do clode grip you work the lower lats better. in my opinion wide grip chinups are harder to do also.
What's wrong with a comfortable grip width? There is no real benefit to a wide grip for chins, and somewhat increased chance of injury.
