Lost 80lbs. pics at 6'2 220. lost of work ahead..

OkaY guys, started out at 297 in march '05. Throughout summer '05 i avoided scales like they were the plague, but i would estimate myself to have been 300lb + easily.

I got down to a steady 250, and since 250 I've cut down to here. These pics taken this morning at around 223lbs.

For some reason I can't stand/pose straight in pics...so they make me look very unsymmetrical and worse than i am..but no excuses.

    so 6'2, 223lbs. BF %????

There's still a long way to go, but I"ll get there eventually. I think I'll start looking decent at around 180sh. Opinions, and bf %??

    I want to say you're still 20+%

Take a measurement of your waist size @ naval.
    Max Lifts:------------------ Goals
    Bench Press: 215lbs------- 250lbs
    Squat:300lbs------------ 300 lbs
    Deadlift: 335------------ 350 lbs
    ----------------------
    Total: 850lbs ---------- 900 lbs
