I saw this on TV last night and was in awe....I mean how awful can it get?
It looks like someone was sitting around and thought, "How can I turn a $5.00ab ball into a $50.00 piece of equipment?" and came up with this. I guess all you can do is laugh at it and go on.

Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym!
The dramatic Proof sold me. I'm gonna put my squat rack in the classifieds and buy 3! Thanks for the link!
The video on the side makes me want to buy one for my girlfriend. Not for the health benefits so much as to watch her use it.

Hmm.... well...If you use it enough you'll catabolize the muscles involve down to nothing thus losing inches off the affected area. Spot reduction ftw!

What about this one..
"You are now able to perform both stretching and toning exercises such as the ab-crunch, push-up, v-crunch, seated sip and various stretching exercises."
What a piece of junk, that things going to see most of it's life in a garage.Originally Posted by Cobra Commander

By taking it out into a field and hammer throwing it as far as you can. Then sprint to it and repeat for an hour.
THERE'S GOT TO BE A BETTER WAY!!
"now there's mayosturd-musturonnaise! End the two jar tyranny!"
Shouldnt these be added to wbb1, like on leg day, instead of the squats we could roll on the ball, I mean, the guy said it works your quads, glutes, hip flexors and hamstrings, all at once while spot reducing fat!![]()
:withstupi And.. We should do it while wearing a speedo. It helps you burn off excess fat.

Squats hurt your back, yes they can hurt your back, but the next question to ask is "are you doing it right?"
If you want awesome legs, squat if you want to waste 16.95 buy the bun roller! Erm I bet I could buy that use the strongest band they got with EASE! I'm sure some popele in her ecould break it just by using it.

haha, it builds long muscles, not big bulky ones
noooooooooeeeessss, not the bulky muscles
What's worse is the fact that women actually believe crap like this.
Why shouldn't they? I'd believe any number of things a scientist says because I don't have the education to sort the bull**** from the truth. Why is it different for this type of product?
