I would just ignore it. Figure out on your own how many calories you need for an average day and design your diet/bulk around that.
I honestly give their guestimations no thought b/c they are so inaccurate.

They fit population averages better than they'll ever fit an individual.
fitday overdoes lifestyle cals. they have me burning 1500 from walking daily when its much more like 200-300.
That would be your BMR, (you know, the number of calories it takes to live), not the number of calories you burn walking.Originally Posted by Quattro
