    Where does fitday get there total calories burned total from...

    I guess just a guestamation right.... What if i did nothen but sat on my ass after i jogged and lifted weights...?

    Basal:.......2120....42%
    Lifestyle:...1854....37%
    Activities:..1022....20%

    Heres my fitday journal also look decent for maintaining/muscle and loseing weight at same time??

    I would just ignore it. Figure out on your own how many calories you need for an average day and design your diet/bulk around that.

    I honestly give their guestimations no thought b/c they are so inaccurate.

    fitday overdoes lifestyle cals. they have me burning 1500 from walking daily when its much more like 200-300.

    That would be your BMR, (you know, the number of calories it takes to live), not the number of calories you burn walking.
