hey i didnt get any feedback last time i think cuz of the way i wrote it i made it hard for ppl to understand but anyway ive been lifting for a year and a half and i stopped liftin during summer for about a month and a half and increased weight but lost muscle...
im 5 7, 173 and around 15-16%bf(gained around 5 lbs during the non lifting time)
if i wanted to lose 6% bf, how long would it take, generally?
and...will i somehow be able to get back the muscle ive lost during the time of this cut?
Throw a lot of bulk in the bowl and ad a sprinkle of cut.Originally Posted by wnt2gitswoll

ahh im goin on vacation for 2 months in nov. to P.R i just wanna be in beach form, the fat gain around the stomach and a lil around the chest would bother me...just wanna cut so then starting new years all of next year ill just bulk throughout cleanly
Provided you're lifting heavy and your diet is on target, you shouldn't lose much muscle while you're cutting. Check out the stickies for more info, particularly Built's sticky on cutting.
nah, i was asking if maybe the muscle that i had lost could somehow just come back while im cutting since now its shocking the body all over again, i know im in a caloric deficit but i thought since i was shocking the body again it might?
You can still gain muscle while cutting...so go on a cut and lift hard and you will be fine.
To small to cut, end of discussion. Recompose your body if you feel its needed.
