Work them once a week, twice a week max, depending on routine. If WBB1 calls for it once a week then do it only once a week. If you overtrain them they won't just not grow, they will shrivel up and fall off so you'll have nothing to curl with even when it's OK to do it. How would you like to be without chest and arms?

You can work your chest and arms 3 times a day if you want with that logic. I mean, you are on the WBB1 routine.. Won't-Be-Big1

"You should be spending as many days out of the gym as you do in it"...

You need those rest days for a reason.

If you're putting enough effort into the lifts listed in the routine, you shouldn't feel the need to add a bunch of extra crap.

Stop worrying about not getting enough volume in and step it up on the intensity.

Exactly. I"ve not done WBB, but I've looked at it, and it should kick your ass by the time you leave the gym.
right now i'm doing a full body 3x a week, and it leaves me tore up when I walk out the gym, because I'm giving it my full intensity and focus.

Yeah, WWB1 is a tough routine. I would not want to add extra lifts after my WWB1 workouts.

Being sore is not the sign of a good wookout.... they will grow. And before long you will be putitng up more weight on the bars.

that wouldnt do anything... then you would need to make another rest day after that. Your just making your schedule jump every week

Hey just treat all your muscle parts equally, don't feel like you need to train some parts more to make them grow faster. Just follow the routine, eat and rest and you'll be fine.

I started WBB1 a week ago. If you are intense enough in the gym on work days you won't want to add anything else to the routine. I can barely move after those workouts.

    WBB FTW!!
