Not sure I have some elbow issues. so I would be real happy with mid 5's in the 220's. I don't know if I am gonna cut to 198 for this meet or not. I have to work the day of weigh ins and I would most likely kill someone with no food!

I'm planning to go 198, I'm around 207 right now. I also have to work that day AND it's my birthday on the 17th, so I told the girls no cake until Monday because I won't be able to eat it.

Just go crazy after you weigh in !!! I weighed in at a meet earlier this year @197 on Fri and after the meet was over I was 211 . I dropped 39lbs in 7 weeks and about killed myself. Good luck at the meet are you gonna be close to the 400 goal? What kinda gear do you use?

Last time I cut weight it was to make 181 and I ovreshot it, weighed in at 177 and was up to 189 by meet time. I should easily be carrying around 210+.

I'm not even close to the 400. Too many injuries (right shoulder and right ankle) and no training partner have made it very hard to get my bench moving. I'm hoping to get 325 wearing a 52 Inzer Blast. I wanted to have a Rage X by now, but I haven't had the money, and I probably wouldn't have had time to get used to the groove. I may do another P/P in December and if I can buy the Rage by then, I'll take a shot at 400.

I made 198, right at the limit actually. Benched 275, then missed 305 because I couldn't hit my groove and blew my load, then missed 315. Dead was 420, then 475. Ankle blew up and I taped it really good, but I couldn't pull 500. 750 total, not too shabby, but I would have liked a lot more.

    How bout you?

That sucks about your ankle! But not a bad day!

Missed weight by 2.5 lbs so I lifted in the 220's I weighed 200.9. If I had gone to the sauna I would have been fine. I was bench only . I opened with 455 easy as pie 495 on a 2nd and it was the slowest rep of my life but got it! Tried a shirt from a friend and went 545 on 3rd and 4th but no luck.

I will now try to train for WABDL Worlds in Vegas in Nov.

Nice work wayne and drew! I'd love to have meets closer to where I live, but there is only one full power comp once a year, and you need to be credited to lift in it. Bah.

I did this meet but it was not my best performance. I missed all 3 attempts with 390 on bench, then only made my opening DL of 465. I had intended to get 525-530 on DL, but was not to be that day. Still, it was a well run meet, and I still established a new state record in the DL for my class.

My wife did fantastic, though. Lifting all raw, she benched 115 (just missed 120), and deadlifted 300, which was a 15 lb PR for her. Both her lifts were state records, as well.
