    Is this a store?

    What does the store sell?

    Who is your target market?

Is it just fitness or natural medicine????????????????

My suggestion knowing next to nothing about this:

It is a store selling creatine, noxplode, protein powders, nitrix etc..not a mineral or herb or vitamin store. The great part of this idea is that there are only two other supplement stores here in Cabo that are way overpriced. for example its $75.00 for a tub of ON pro complex protein. People still buy supplements from there. We plan to target all the people who work out in this town and a lot of people want supplements there is high demand. I also know a lot of people from the different gyms and me and my business partner have great connections and can take the business from the other stores with no problem in my oppinion. There are no big supplement stores such as GNC here to get in the way either.

Because it is much easier to take a supplement that provides the nutrients ones body needs. Most it not everybody cannot take in the nutrients that help maximize the gains most lifters wish to have.

I will have to disagree I guess.

Also, there is no guarantee that supps are even being absorbed by the body anyways.

makes more sense to me to spend the money on food. supps are kinda pointless.

You're saying most people can't eat?

Anyone who puts their mind to it can get what they need from diet.

What are you trying to say, that supplements serve no purpose other than to make up for deficiencies in diet? I disagree.

I'm pretty sure that it would be very hard to reach the same levels of creatine in your body naturally that you can reach through suppliments. The same goes for a popular supplement I've been reading about, NO Xplode, I don't think you can get the same effects naturally through diet.

I stand by my point that if one puts their mind to it, they can get what they need from diet.

I think you're both right. If you believe that protein is the only supplement necesary, than yes it can be obtained just from food. However, if you're into creatine and other stuff, than supplements are necessary.

Im pretty sure creatine or any supplement that hasnt been banned can even stack up to steriods, not even in the same catagory.

This is totally off topic and I apologize to the original poster.....

The initial comment pertained to taking in nutrients required to give lifters the results they seek and the inabilty to do that without supplementation.

Why is creatine necessary, and which other ones required as well?
