    best routine to increase bench

    what is the best routine you would recommend to someone trying to gain strength on their bench press?

    There's no "best" routine for anything.

    What is your training background and what are your goals?

    the "best" routine you should have is lifting heavy, eating alot, and sleeping.

    I've put 40lbs on my bench in three months with this routine.
