How do you do them? Do you do one handed push ups? Do you make a triagle with your hands? Are they explosive, or do you concentrate on form?

Why not add in some chinups, dips and body weight squats.

hey bro sounds like your doing the herschel walker workout, but not nearly as much he did 1500 pushups a day and a 1000 situps. i did this workout before but i just did about 1000 pushups and no situps every day. i got more development in my chest after a month of doing it now i just do fullbody workouts everyday that works best![]()
when doing pushups, for instance i do 100 pushups a day. but i do 25pushups every 10 minutes. will i benefit from this style
