Why can't I get my chest to sit up and separate from my midsection? Does this just occur eventually as your chest gets bigger, or will it not show up until I cut bodyfat? I feel that my chest has gotten much larger over the past months, but still not enough "shelf" for my taste. Any advice appreciated.
Height: 6' weight:197
BF%: ~12%?
bench: 280 x 1
squat: 370 x 1
dead: 360 x 1
goal: 225 @ < 10% bodyfat
Genetics, size and bodyfat. Just keep pumping the iron and when you cut it will be there.

It is completely a function of bodyfat.

I have the exact same problem hopefully it is mostly a result of bodyfat
