Is there a software program specifically built for those trying to gain weight?
I used to use Fitday, but all the body calcs were built for those trying to lose weight.
I don't use any of the body calcs - just the calories, and I record my weight daily.
Built, on your FitDay what activity level do you have it set to?
The activity level is irrelevant. Just focus on your diet. FitDay isn't accurate with that information. It can't be generalized.

"The only easy day was yesterday."
So I should be planning my diet around only the number fitday gives me for my BMR?
No, ignore that number. Use it just to track your diet.

Hazen, read the diet link in my sig. You may find it helpful.
I agree.
I tried using their other features, but they are garbarg IMO.
Stick with the awesome food log they have! I also use it to record my weight gains and measurements.
Squat = Not enough
DL = Not enough
Bench = Not enough
Big 3 = Not enough
Got back into the groove of Fitday, and I love it again.
I don't need a computer to track my lifts. typing them into Excel is working fine.
