- (Present) Brand Spankin' New here. Below are some comparison pictures of when I weighed 205, compared to todays 189 at 6'1. I've lifted on/off for about 6 months, and it's time to get serious.
- (Past) A little bio.. I weighed 260 lbs nearly three years ago from sympathy weight that my wife gained during pregnancy. So yes, I do have horrible stretch marks , but I lost almost all the weight that I gained except maybe 10-12 lbs.
- (Future) My goal is to weigh 190, at 10-12% bf. This goal I have in mind, I wish to accomplish by next July. Some areas that I see needing major improvement are: Neck, Gut + Hips, Bi's.

So where should i begin? I've started to eat correctly (no sodas, white bread, candy, fast food, sweets..) I've changed my eating habits to oats, wheat, water, olive oil, etc.. The supplements that I've accompanied are protein shakes post/after workouts, fish oil, and multi-vitamin.
Hey great job on getting down to 180. Since you have been lifting on and off you should like you said get serious. You can probably do some good to your body with recompositioning.
I would also say that you should keep your diet in check and keep losing weight. Once you are down to below 10% then you can bulk again.
I think your bodyfat somewhere between 15 and 20% though. That's quite a lot to go down to 10. You should keep it up though. Just make sure you start lifting hard and consistent. You'll see some changes in your body.

-I plan to lose all the visable fat in my midsection, and then bulk from that point. This is what I'm thinking will happen, I'll continue to cut in a clean state until around 175, and then bulk up to 190. Once I reach 190 clean cut slowly down to 180. I don't indtend to make it sound like it will be a piece of cake. I'm wanting to accomplish this task by July of next year.
-175 should be a good ending point right? at that weight I shouldn't have much or if any visable midsection fat?
-How is the gameplan that I established?

Hey - congrats on the transformation! That's some major improvement and dedication on your part - I like the game plan - I would probably go down to 170 before coming up again. But man - great work!!

Yep, thanks again. I'm tired of being on the other side of the tracks (seeing more fit, stronger people) so I'm going to do something about it. I'll cut down, until I see no more fat hanging over my shorts. In the present time, I'll experiment with different foods. I've even taken the liking of fish! I use to hate it, but after seeing how healthy it is, you gotta make a choice.

I say cut until about 170, then get into a bulk. Once you start gaining mad strength bulking you won't wanna stop!!
Squat = Not enough

Bench = Not enough
Big 3 = Not enough
