    Newby who wants to bulk.

How does this food intake plan look?
I weigh right around 155 pounds and am 5'9. I've been weightlifting for a few months now and would consider myself fairly strong, but it's time for me to gain some bulk. I've got the main bulk gaining exercises in my routine(bench, deadlift, squat) and some others for my tris, biceps, calves and such. Would this kind of food intake be what I'm looking for?

depends on what maintenacne. It seems likes its a lot of food but if its below maintenacne(at 155, i doubt it is) you could lose weight.

So basically you need to know your maintenance cals and make a 10-20% increase.
    Complication breeds desperation.
