Focused on form again today with my squats. I did notice a little difference already compared to last time but I still have a long ways to go. My hips are tight as hell, never felt it like this before. Hopefully numbers will start shooting up as I get the form down and can push some real weight. I know a have a ton in me as far as quads are concerned, I could probably hit a 400 lb atf squat with a narrow stance.

Nice job, numbers are getting huge in here.
Wolverine open got moved to November so we had a small meet in our gym tonight. I'm not even going to attempt to squat in a meet untill I'm hitting liek 450 so I only did push/pull.
Bench
300 - cake
320 - good lift
335 - miss; came up pretty well, just couldn't lock it out
All Raw
Deadlift
515 - smooth
520 - great lift
530 - miss; so ****ing close, couldn't lock it out
Wasn't bad over-all, set a dead pr at least. I really need to figure out a way to get some leg drive out of my bench, my legs are so short I'm on my toes to get a good arch and I get nothing out of my legs. 530 came off the floor easy on deads, just need to hit the top end harder and I can see 550 in the near future.

Huge numbers, bud! Why do you pull 95%+ for 3 sets? I'd do what you have to do to prep your body and pull a single for about 90% of your 1RM then give'r for a PR. Unless someone else recommended otherwise, it's just usually a little too taxing and will take away from your PR attempt if you're pulling that heavy for that many sets. Things are still looking gay in here, though. Keep it up.

Trouble falling asleep. It's off and on, makes no sense. I could get like 2 hours of sleep the night before and still just lay there in bed the next night till 5 in the morning. Other days I'm out in an instant and could sleep for 15 hours straight if I wanted.

This is the true joy in life, the being used for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one; the being thoroughly worn out before you are thrown on the scrap heap; the being a force of Nature instead of a feverish selfish little clod of ailments and grievances complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy - George Bernard Shaw
