    LULZORS SMART ASSES

Upright rows felt pretty good, haven't done them in a long ass time.

You guys are right though I do need to start hitting my posterior delt more. Shoulders are already out of proportion a little because my anterior delts are pretty big from benching.

Damn dude. Those deads look killer! And that bench workout today is huge too. I know you probably dont need advice, but if you work with bands for a while, getting used to heavy ass weight, it will make the straight weight feel so much easier. Just a thought

Thanks guys. Detard: I'm definitely gonna start using bands and boards a lot more. 345 and 355 felt so much lighter after benching with the bands.

Great work, bud. Any reason why you're doing lock-out work? You're going to continue to train raw for a while, right? Where's your weak point?

Lockout isn't really my weak point, I just wanna throw in boards and bands more often to get used to heavier weight.

    Legs, Shoulders, Bi's

    Squats
    135 wu
    225 wu
    315 x 5
    405 x 2
    415 x 3
    425 x 3

    Seated Shoulder Press
    135 x 10
    205 x 8

    Rear Delt Row
    70 x 10
    100 x 10
    120 x 10

    Seated Dumbbell curls
    20 x 10
    40 x 10
    45 x 9
    45 x 8

Squats felt awesome today. I think I've been pussing out on leg days and have a lot more in me than I think.

Soooooon brah's, soooooon. I'll prolly go for a 1 rep max next week since it'll be my last leg day here at school.

    Back and Bi's

    Rack Pulls (below knee)
    315 x 5
    405 x 5
    500 x 3
    525 x 2
    545 x 1
    565 x 1
    575 x 1

    Barbell Shrugs
    455 x 10
    465 x 12

    Lat Pulldowns
    180 x 10
    200 x 10
    220 x 10

    Various Curls

My back feels great even after the heavy rack pulls. I think stretching and working my hams more has helped take a little stress off my lower back.
