I really think all the paused work I've been doing has helped a lot. First rep with 435 came off my chest FAST. First rep with 385 felt like 225.

Thanks man. This is the longest injury free stretch I've had in a long time. I am still in Grand Rapids, I love it on this side of the state.

    425 x 2

    Seated DB Curls
    35 x 10
    50 x 12
    50 x 12
    50 x 12

Wanted 425 x 3 but I got a massive pec cramp on the second rep and just couldn't continue the set.

Started dieting for the summer yesterday. I haven't put on a ton of fat but I'm getting close to 220 again and I just don't like carrying around that much weight. This will be my most aggressive diet yet, would like to finally get down to sub 10% and hold there for most of the summer.

Going to try out Intermittent fasting, along with carb cycling. I know IF isn't magic or anything but it fits my schedule pretty well and some of the research that's been done on fasting is interesting.

If anybody is interested, I'm also going to be experimenting with peptides for the next 8 weeks. Figured now would be as good a time as any to run a little cycle of them; GH is supposed to help out with fat loss a little bit as well.

Interested to hear your experiences. The use of peptides and SARMs amongst pro athletes has been making a lot of headlines in Australia recently.

I'm currently trying I.F combined with a weekly Carb-Nite style carb up. Suprising how easy the fasting is!

I've heard lots of good things about them. From a scientific standpoint, they make a ton of sense.

Yeah to be honest I haven't had any problems with the fasted periods either. Really thought I'd feel like dying after 14+ hours.

No, my first meal is around 1 and then I train right after work around 5. If I lift on the weekends I train fasted however, never had any energy issues what so ever.

Didn't feel the greatest warming up on bench, was kind of surprised to actually hit 450 for 2. Second rep was pretty slow but it was still fairly smooth.

Not sure what happened but 290 wasn't even close on Military, even though I hit a 2 rep PR on the two following sets. Both pecs have been bothering me a little so I kept it real light on bench, just enough to get a decent pump.

So it's been about two weeks since I started running the peptides, and I can confidently say I notice a notice difference. Recovery seems faster, I sleep much deeper, some of my nagging aches and pains have disappeared. I am able to squat twice a week, along with pulling heavy every week, and my lower back feels better than it ever has. Very excited to see what happens over the next couple months.
