Thanks man. Trying to move some heavy weight again with my shoulders, they've been bothering me lately and so I've been taking it easy.

Energy was awesome today. Got in 1200 grams carbs on Sunday and I filled out great so I'm gonna keep upping it till I really notice a lot of spillover. Rack Pulls were set with the bar perfectly level with my knee, which is the worst spot possible to start pulling from, at least for me. I really need to fix my deadlift badly though, 405 felt like a feather but no matter how hard I tried focusing on form my ass would fly up first and then I'm pulling with 100% back. My deads are pretty much SLDL's to be honest. I have no clue how to fix this ****, I've watched multiple videos, I know exactly what I need to do but I just can't do it. I feel like I have the strength to start chipping away at 600 but I'm really afraid of blowing the **** out of a disk if I pull with my current form. I know it's the reason I've injured myself in the past.

Still strong as ****, I see. Strict with your diet now? Who woulda thought you would be counting carlories. So you're SLDL 405 which feels like a feather for 10? **** YOU! Your potential angers me; it's all jealousy, though. That scares me thinking how much you could pull with proper technique. If your hips shoot up and you know it, keep using lighter weight with your hips lower until that becomes routine for you. You've got yourself into a bad habit, get out of it and pull some real weight, you weak ****.

Hey stranger. Yeah I'm curious what I'd pull if my form was actually right. I pulled 550 a couple months ago and it was the same **** form.
Diet has been 100% spot on for the last few months. Helps a lot being back at school and living on my own, cooking my own meals, etc. I'm down to around 195 lbs now and still going. Planning on doing a bodybuilding show this spring/summer. Definitely still plan on competing in powerlifting as well, if anything the bb'ing has helped 'cause I've dropped like 3 weight classes lol.

Energy was crap today but most of my lifts felt pretty good. The guy that started the powerlifting club here came back this semester to start his masters. Dude knows his **** especially when it comes to squats so hopefully I can tweak my form some more and start moving some real weight.

It's not the size that matters, it's how you use it.
I'll be the first to admit I feel like a bitch weighing less than 200 pounds though. Watching all the bitches stare at me in the gym makes it all worth it however.
