Lol! Yeah I knew that would ruffle some feathers. I dunno if it's because he's not in contest shape but honestly, he's so big it's not even human anymore. Jay has narrower shoulders compared to some of the other really big buys and I think it just looks odd once your arms get to be a certain size.

I really need to start doing heavy close grip bench again. Strength off my chest is unreal, triceps are holding me back big time. It's not even at lockout either, there's just a small area about half way up where I really lose a lotta strength. 1 finger from my spotter to get the bar moving again and I'm fine.

Thanks guys. I'm really starting to like sumo deads. My back enjoys the break from conventional and I can definitely tell I'm hammering my legs. Pulls today were all belt less as well. Might start doing some heavy front squats without a belt to really work on my core.

Ah yes sumo is the shit for the back! That's the main reason I switched, conv fried my lower back. I think front squats would serve your core well

Thanks guys. It was pretty slow. I think the more I practice with heavy weight the more my body will adjust and hopefully I'll learn to take a breath. If I could get some air in and tighten my core better it would be a lot smoother.
