Cable machine doesn't have numbers so I have no idea how much weight I'm using, all I can go by is the pin position lol. Felt strong as hell today, adding in more carbs post workout and staying fuller throughout the week seems to definitely make a difference.

I felt like I had to walk like a duck in them, was pretty funny I'm sure. I don't wrap them too awful tight, don't feel like I get that much out of them, but enjoy the added security of having something on my knees. I have knee sleeves as well that I may start using more regularly since my knees are getting smaller and they actually fit now.

Few shots I took this morning. Weight is around 194. I still have a bunch of annoying fat right around my biceps, especially up by my elbow. They should continue to pop out and look bigger as I get leaner, they look deceivingly small from the front right now.

Yeah its good and bad. They look like shit unless you're lean as hell, but, I think they look badass once you put enough size on. I'm hoping my arms end up looking like Levrone's someday lol.

Energy was complete shit today. Was going to pull heavy but I barely got 510 off the ground. I have a feeling my CNS is getting over-worked, there's no way I should be able to pull 485 x 8 with as heavy as 510 felt. Gonna skip pulling next week and probably keep squats real light as well. Need to start getting more sleep as well.

Nothing special today. I felt fairly strong but just ran out of gas insanely fast. I have no endurance when I start getting depleted/flat.
Pushing the diet a little harder from here on out. Dropping cals on off days, also increasing my protein intake a little. Might start doing some cardio. Yes I said it.
