When you "Squat" do you just hit parallel like a PL squat? Vs. the ATF squats you mention below.

interesting, I do pretty much the same thing but I don't eat low carb. I just eat when I'm hungry and try to make sure my protein is somewhere between 200-250g/day. Been maintaining nicely. Looking forward to dieting again and dropping down bodyweight. Hopefully I'll wind up as sexy as you.
