I had been bulking pretty good, went from 155 to 167 in about 2 months time. However, just this past week I got sick. Now I am down to 160. How long did it take ussually for you guys to get your weight back up? Mind you that I have barely ate anything these past couple days. So would it be easy to get the weight back up?
i'm sure you'll get your weight up in no time, just take it day by day.

Remember - if it were easy then everyone would do it.
If it is just a few days odds are you just dropped some water weight. Should go back to normal in a day or two.
