i spent the first 10mins tryin out my shoulder to see what i can do. it'll be a little while before i bench again or do any other pressing movements. pull ups aggervated it but lat pull downs were fine. weired. but it felt good to be in the gym again. im takin no-explode before my workouts, cellmass directly after my workouts and follow it up with a protien shake. im also takin nitrix.
