    Cutting - Dealing with exuastion

Well, I bulked up to 225, and have cut back down to 200. I still want to go another 15 pounds though. Monday through Friday I work, run, workout, and sleep. NOTHING ELSE. By the time I get done working out in the afternoon, I am DEAD. Friday night I sleep 12 hours catching up since I only get 4-6 hours during the week. How do you deal with being so tired? When my abs start popping a little better I will post some pics.

Sleep more during the week. 4-6 hours isn't nearly enough for you obviously.

Also, I lived on caffeine pills on my last cut.

You shouldn't feel that tired all the time... that's a good indicator that you're trying to cut down too fast. Maybe cut down on the amount of running you're doing and make that up with diet.
