good size for your height and weight. Bodyfat is a little on the high side, but no biggie. Post some mandatories or poses because you can't tell much from that shot, also where are the leggies?

fighter dont sweat it i did the same as you did and my bf was probs higher than yours at one point ive got mine down to 15%ish theirs a pic in my journal.
Id say diet down for 10-15 weeks then do a cycle at maintanance cals or just over for some recomp and you will be looking tip top. you have got the size its just shaping it up![]()

As for the steroid use, so long as you have no lasting effects or problem from their use you should try not to worry about it. It may be a door you can't close, but you can at least put it behind you.

17-18% isnt bad at all. I'm around 16% now but will probably get up to 20% when I'm done. If you want to get bigger then keep bulking but you look big now so you'd look great if you cut down to 8-9%. Good luck with whatever you decide.

JordanBCool- Yeh honestly I don't think that 18%bf at this point in my cycle is bad. I've gained between 25-28lbs so far. I have 4-5 more weeks and I will start PCT. I'm extremely happy with my cycle and I do not regret it. Thank you for your compliments.

Thats a hard question. I was trying to mainly do a LEAN bulk. I think my cycle could'nt have gone any better. It was'nt a cutting cycle because I was keeping my calories high and it was'nt a bulking cycle because I held myself back from eating foods that were dense in calories.![]()
