    Quick shot.

    5'11.5" @ 228.6lbs.


    I will eventually post up some real pictures. I don't have access to a digital camera at the moment. Just bare with me.

    What would you say my bf is at? Estimate? THanks

    good size for your height and weight. Bodyfat is a little on the high side, but no biggie. Post some mandatories or poses because you can't tell much from that shot, also where are the leggies?

    fighter dont sweat it i did the same as you did and my bf was probs higher than yours at one point ive got mine down to 15%ish theirs a pic in my journal.

    Id say diet down for 10-15 weeks then do a cycle at maintanance cals or just over for some recomp and you will be looking tip top. you have got the size its just shaping it up

    You guys are a huge support for me.

    I had a very nice compliment today. A lady said to me " You are a big guy!" and then asked me " Do you compete?". LOL I could'nt believe it. I mean she was some what ignorrant in that field but I was still flattered and it felt good.

    Fighter,
    body fat around 17-18% in my opinion. Legs looking awesome though - seems like most of the fat is around your stomach and chest. Definately a lot of LBM though.

    As for the steroid use, so long as you have no lasting effects or problem from their use you should try not to worry about it. It may be a door you can't close, but you can at least put it behind you.

    Personally, I HOPE I wont be able to see my abs in a few months time...constitutes a good bulk in my books :-).

    I agree. Nothing wrong with having some flab

    17-18% isnt bad at all. I'm around 16% now but will probably get up to 20% when I'm done. If you want to get bigger then keep bulking but you look big now so you'd look great if you cut down to 8-9%. Good luck with whatever you decide.

    JordanBCool- Yeh honestly I don't think that 18%bf at this point in my cycle is bad. I've gained between 25-28lbs so far. I have 4-5 more weeks and I will start PCT. I'm extremely happy with my cycle and I do not regret it. Thank you for your compliments.

    Thats a hard question. I was trying to mainly do a LEAN bulk. I think my cycle could'nt have gone any better. It was'nt a cutting cycle because I was keeping my calories high and it was'nt a bulking cycle because I held myself back from eating foods that were dense in calories.
