Do you think 50 cent is built?

My brother wants the same build as him. He's 6'0 and 110lbs right now.

I'd be so glad if my brother could bulk up to 50's size.

There must be some typo, because you just wrote that your bro is 6'0 110 lbs. Did you mean kilos? I can't picture a guy in remotely normal health who has those stats.

That being said, yeah, 50 cent has a great physique - I personally think he looks monstrous. I'd love that look.

Indeed he is 6' and 110lbs. Maybe he's 115 now. Without his shirt on you can see his bones and he has a caved in chest.

He recently got dumped by his gf (bitch was cheating on him) and wants to be change his look. Problem is he never eats. He drinks tea all day (does it suppress appetite) and maybe he'll eat 6 chicken wings all day.

I'm getting him to take me to Burger King tomorrow so maybe he'll eat a hamburger. He tried a protein shake but didn't like it. He won't take creatine because it's a powder.

If he gained 50lbs he'd look so healthy. His pic is down below. After I watched the 50 cent movie with him he was in love with 50's look and wanted to lift weights. This resulted in 2 reps of a 10lb db and then he quit because it was too hard.

I can't think of any ways to get him to lift but I'm trying to get him to eat. A guy tried to beat him up after he broke up with his gf and I had to whip the guy's ass for him. I don't want to have to be doing this my whole life.

Wow. I'm not trying to sound like an ass, but if he quit after that I'm not sure he can do it.

Maybe try putting olive oil in his food to help him gain weight.

I guess he might just be 115, wow. Actually, my bro is 6'1''-6'2'' and about 130-135 - I guess I just figured there couldn't be a normally healthy adult male skinnier than him.

As for getting him to lift, that's really something that he has to start on his own, unfortunately. I've had the same conversation with my bro - you can't lift the weights for him, ya know? I just recommend getting yourself in order and working on your physique, and then hopefully he'll come around when he sees what your hard work does. He has to see that it's not impossible... with hard work and sacrifices.

Heh tell him this if he wants too look big he has to lift big, and eat big too. And god 115! HOLY MOTHER. I've had GFs out weight him and they looked good too. Tell him a extra 50 or 150 won't kill him.

I might buy some TrueMass for him because BSN has great tasting products. He would probably drink that.

Right now I'm trying to fill him up on anything. Greasy fast food is better than no food and he could use the extra fat.

I think he wants to change himself but can't bring himself to do it. His teacher is the wrestling coach at the university and tried to bulk him up and get him into wrestling but my bro was too scared.

Forget about the supplements for a minute man, you have to teach him the very very basics of atleast eating a normal 3 meal a day diet. Bring his weight up naturally until he looks and feels a bit healthier. Then its time to get him to start lifting, not a minute before.

He won't eat though. Just plain won't eat even if he's starving. I figured if he could pound back a bunch of weight gainer shakes at least he would be getting in calories.

If he doesn't do something about his weight he's gonna be picked on and messed with his entire life. He has a pretty big mouth on him and he likes to brew up trouble on the computer. His body can't back up the **** he talks.

If my family gets pizza we have to get the kind he likes, and then he eats half a piece. But we have to get his kind or else he won't eat anything and get sick. He won't see a doctor about it or anything.

He has a serious problem. Weight gainer is not going to solve it, either. You need to take him to see a doctor and/or psychiatrist.

Have you ever asked him why he never eats? If he won't eat even when he's hungry that almost sounds like some type of eating disorder or something.

If he never eats he wont gain weight and he can forget about getting big. Not even steroids can take the place of calories.

If he wont eat because of some serious underlying problems then get him some help. Otherwise just tell him to make a choice about whats more important. Being skinny or looking like what he wants to look.

Also, direct him towards this site and show him some journals and members pics of some of the ecto's on the board.

Tell him to take some pics of himself and just look at them for a while...ask him if hes happy with the way he looks now in any shape or form. I sincerely doubt he is, and this is coming from one skinny mofo to another.

He has a really simple choice, eat or stay dangerously underweight for the rest of his life.

To be sure, It would definately be best to get a medical check-up done first. There might be another factor playing a role here.

    Good luck!

He needs to eat and get his attidue in check. And if he doesn't eat when he is hungry than that sounds like a eating disoder. Let him get beat up once or twice if his mouth gets too big maybe then he'll get motivated.

It sounds like he has an eating disorder. I'm not sure how much you can help him but I'd talk to someone who is trained to deal with those and get some advice about how to handle it.

definitely a very serious problem there. you should get a bunch of great food, and have an intervention and have everyone eating it right in front of him while you all talk to him... That would be interesting lol

Yea becareful of pictures of 50 cent in almost anything he is they do whatever they can to make him look bigger. He still is a big guy regardless. I also heard the rumors that he took steroids I haven't heard him deny it so maybe it is true.

Was 50 cent in that video?.... jk. Yes, he does look pretty massive next to those strippers!
A child does not learn to squat from the top down. In other words, he does not suddenly make a conscious decision one day to squat. Actually, he is squatting one day and make the conscious decision to stand. Squatting precedes standing in the developmental sequence. This is the way a child's brain learns to use the body as the child develops movement patterns. Therefore, a child is probably crawling, rocks back into a squatting position with the back completely relaxed and the hips completely flexed, and stands when he has enough hip strength. This approach makes a lot of sense and can be applied to relearning the deep squat movement if it is lost. -Gray Cook

My brother has agreed to workout with me at the gym if I pay for him. He'll probably be more motivated about it at the gym (I know I am), so we'll take it from there.

I wouldn't mind paying the 50 bucks a month if he'd workout with me.

Tonight for dinner he had a sub and ate the entire thing. Looks like he's trying to eat more now. Usually he eats only half.
